In July 2005, to enhance the competitiveness of Suzhou Sunrise and Suzhou Zhongxinglian, we established Wuxi Ruite, a 82.0% owned subsidiary in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province to carry on the business of providing electroplating services for precision metal parts to customers in the vicinity of Suzhou City and Wuxi City. With this subsidiary, we are able to provide a comprehensive and integrated range of products and services to our customers. |
